If the build has no VITE_GTM_ID, VITE_GA4_ID, VITE_GOOGLE_ADS_ID, or VITE_MS_UET_ID, no analytics or advertising script is loaded and the consent banner is hidden.

When one of those IDs is set, Google Consent Mode v2 defaults all ad and analytics storage to denied. Tags load only after you press Accept. Reject stores that choice locally and does not load the tags. The choice is kept in localStorage under the key dsh_consent so the banner is not shown on every page.

Events that may be sent after consent: outbound clicks to deepseek.com hostnames, code copy, pricing calculator changes, and FAQ expands.

Theme preference is stored in localStorage as deepseek_theme. That is a functional preference, not advertising.

Canonical URLs, the sitemap, Open Graph tags, and JSON-LD use VITE_SITE_URL, which defaults to https://dseek.app.
